Are you a dog friendly hotel in Chicago?

Yes, we are delighted to host you and your dog. (Sorry no cats) Pet fee is $20 per dog, per night. No weight limit. All breeds are loved. Dogs must be leashed in all common spaces but are free to roam INSIDE your room.

Are you a LGBTQ friendly hotel in Chicago?

YES! We pride ourselves on being a safe space for everyone.

How do I get inside the building to check in?

First ring the front door bell. Staff is on site until 3pm everyday and is there to help check you in. If you are arriving after 3pm we will set you up with self check. After you have uploaded your ID/CC credentials via our secure reservation portal, we will provide you with a unique code to enter the building.

Are you a hotel with free breakfast in Chicago?

YES! Our hearty, cooked to order breakfast is included in with the rate. Check out our standard and vegan menus under the breakfast tab.

Are you a hotel with free parking in Chicago?

YES! We have four garage spaces that are first come, first served. Once those spots are filled we have FREE STREET PARKING all around our block.

Are you a hotel near Concord Music Hall?

YES! We are about a 15 minute walk (.4mile) from Concord Music Hall or a 5 minute drive.

Are you a hotel with jacuzzi tub?

Yes! Three of our rooms have jetted tubs DaVinci Room, Skylight Room, and Flamingo Room.

Are you a 420 friendly hotel?

YES! We have three outside locations on the property to smoke/420 friendly. Our main area is outside on our private roof top deck. NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE!

Are you a hotel near the Salt Shed?

YES! We are about a 7 minute drive from the Salt Shed music venue.

Are you a hotel with a sauna steam room?

YES! Our sauna and steam rooms (two separate rooms) are available for all guests staying at the bed and breakfast. Sorry not available to the general public.
