Thanks to their trained volunteer docents, our tours are the real deal–narrated, but not scripted, led by Chicago enthusiasts, not by just-another-day-at-the-office guides. Reservations are strongly recommended for boat and bus tours on busy weekends. For walking and bike tours, arrive at the specified meeting place, at or just before, the stated time and look for a docent with a CAF tag or pin. Groups of ten or more cannot join public walking tours without prior approval from the Tour Department. No reservations necessary for walking tours. All tours operate rain or shine. Any two different standard walking tours may be purchased for a discount. (Two tours for $24; seniors and students $20 with valid ID).”
