We have rooms available TONIGHT - THIS WEEKEND (single night & multiply night stays). We have single & mulitiply night stays available most Sunday - Thursday nights (and some weekends) throughout FEBRUARY and most SUNDAY - THURSDAY nights throughout March.

Rates are per night for 1-2 people per room with a two-night* minimum, except Thanksgiving which has a three night minimum.

For bookings after March 15,  there is a three night minimum on weekends* March 15 - October (any stay that includes a Friday or Saturday night - waived if you stay 5 nights or more). Friday & Saturday night room rates will be $20 per night more than Sunday-Thursday rates.

*SINGLE NIGHT STAYS are usually available Sunday-Thursday night this time of the year and sometimes on Friday & Saturdays (especially last minute bookings! Watch the special blurb on our home page and rates page). For single night bookings we reserve the right to switch your room.

Each additional person above two guest in a room is $20 per night.

One night deposit required on all reservations.

For group bookings of 3 or more rooms, a three-night minimum is required for weekends throughout the year. A NON-REFUNDALBE deposit (by check) for your whole stay is required for group bookings March-November. We reserve the right to limit the number of rooms any group can book.

Check In / Out
Check in is after 3 pm. Feel free to come earlier and drop off your luggage or check-in if your room is ready earlier. It is very important to let us know what time you will be arriving at least 24 hours before you check in. Late check-ins are welcome.

Check out is noon.
In consideration of our other guests, infants (under 1) are normally not allowed at Ray's (ask about exceptions). Well behaved children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times.  We have a list of trusted babysitters available. 

Cancellation Policy

There is a minimum $25.00 per room fee for all cancellations.
If cancellations are made within 14 days of the reservation, and we are able to rebook the rooms we will refund all but a $25.00 fee. If we are NOT able to rebook the room, you are responsible for your entire reservation. Sorry, no refunds for early check-outs unless we are able to rebook the room.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and US$.
Balance due upon arrival.

Quiet Hours

We ask that everyone be considerate and keep the noice level to a whisper between the hours of 10pm - 7am.

Non-smoking facility

All of Ray's Bucktown Bed and Breakfast is non-smoking. This includes no candles, incense, etc. A $200 cleaning charge will be added to the bill if there is smoking in the room.
