Breakfasts are cooked to order, with a large selection of fresh and tasty ingredients, with specials daily.

Sunday’s special is always Eggs Benedict and a smoked salmon bagel bar!

Staying at Ray’s means starting your days off right with a wholesome, cooked-to-order breakfast every morning. The extensive menu offers a large selection of breakfast items made with the freshest ingredients. Whether you’re vegan, gluten-free, paleo, vegetarian or carnivorous, we are always happy to accommodate your needs and encourage you to send in special requests. Just let us know! Do you only eat avocado toast for breakfast? No problem, ours is delicious! Help yourself to fresh fruit, juices, pastries, yogurt, cereals, coffee and tea when you come down in the morning. Menu

Eggs – Whether you like your eggs scrambled, poached, fried, boiled 2.5 minutes or sunny side up, the kitchen staff at Ray’s will cook them up just the way you like ‘em.

Omelettes – A variety of tasty omelettes

cooked-to-order including the Western, Pizza,

Herbed Goat or Italian Omelettes.

Or, invent your own creation!

Pancakes – These fluffy whole wheat pancakes are tasty all on their own, but feel free to add ingredients like blueberries, bananas, bacon or chocolate chips. Served with warm maple syrup or our homemade strawberry compote.

French Toast – Slow grilled to perfection, the Vanilla Cinnamon French Toast is a Ray’s classic, but feel free to amp up your morning with our Stuffed French Toast. Choose from a list of sweet fillings such as bananas, strawberry compote, blueberries, Nutella, toasted pecans or peanut butter.

Stuffed French Toast – Ok, more like a French Toast sandwich, choose from many tasty ingredients such as mascarpone, cream cheese, Nutella, our homemade strawberry compote, fruit, nuts, or heck, anything we have on hand.

Ray’s Roasted Reds – Ray’s famous red potatoes marinated in olive oil, garlic and rosemary, are slow roasted to perfection.

Meats – Offered every morning, choices include raspberry chipotle bacon and smoked ham (Midwest sourced from Jake’s Country Meats), turkey bacon, turkey sausage, chicken apple gouda sausage, pork sausage, and Morning Star veggie sausage.

Specials – Every morning, in addition to the regular menu, a daily special will be available. This may include:

  • Green Omelette: spinach, asparagus, green pepper, mixed herbs and feta cheese.
  • Eggs Benedict (Sundays only): What’s better than a toasted English muffin topped with a slice of ham, perfectly poached egg, and homemade hollandaise sauce? Possibly the Eggs Florentine made with sautéed spinach instead of ham. Both are available every Sunday, along with a smoked salmon and bagel bar, complete with standard accoutrement. (Bagel Bar March – December only)
  • Sourdough Waffles: It’s a good day at Ray’s when they break out the waffle iron. Made with our sourdough starter (Chooby), topped with what’s fresh this season and whipped cream, these waffles are sure to put a smile on your face.
